Joel has spent over twenty-five years working in IT, progressing from service desk and field support through to complex infrastructure engineering across managed services environments. That hands-on technical background spans network configuration, server management, virtualisation and cybersecurity, with deep experience across Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure and Hyper-V environments.
After years of hands-on technical work, Joel moved into client success management, working directly with business owners and leaders to align IT services with their operational goals. His technical background gave him a depth of understanding that few client-facing roles bring to those conversations. He holds formal qualifications in both technology and business administration. That combination of genuine technical depth and commercial understanding is the foundation on which Cyber Hill is built.
Joel leads every client relationship at Cyber Hill personally. He takes the time to understand how each business operates before making any technology recommendations and remains the consistent point of contact throughout. His experience across both the technical and client-facing sides of managed services means complex IT decisions translate into clear outcomes for the businesses he works with.
