How quickly can you get us set up?
Onboarding timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of your environment. For most small businesses, we can have monitoring and support in place within one to two weeks of signing.
Do you have minimum contract lengths or minimum user requirements?
There are no minimum user requirements — we work with businesses of all sizes, from sole traders to growing teams. Contract terms are discussed during your discovery call and outlined clearly in your agreement before anything is signed.
We already have an IT provider. Can you still help?
Yes. Many of our clients come from existing arrangements that were not meeting their needs. We handle the transition carefully and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
