Where are you based and what areas do you cover?
Cyber Hill is based in Brisbane, Queensland. We support businesses on-site across the Greater Brisbane region and provide remote support to clients across Australia.
How quickly can you get us set up?
Onboarding timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of your environment. For most small businesses, we can have monitoring and support in place within one to two weeks of signing.
Do you have minimum contract lengths or minimum user requirements?
No lock-in contracts and no minimum user requirements. We work with businesses of all sizes, from sole traders to growing teams and you are not locked in.¹ ¹ Third-party services carry their own terms. Microsoft 365 licensing is governed by Microsoft and carries a 12-month term. Internet and connectivity services carry 12 to 48 month terms depending on the option selected at signup. These terms are set by the respective providers, not Cyber Hill.
We already have an IT provider. Can you still help?
Yes. Many of our clients come from existing arrangements that were not meeting their needs. We handle the transition carefully and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
